Ayundra Villa is a luxurious 5 bedroom beachfront property facing sunset sea views on Samui’s west coast beach of Lipa Noi. The gated and walled property is private and secluded, and is designed in contemporary tropical style, with cedar shingle roofing, and air-conditioning throughout. At the centre of the property is a 20 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, which is flanked by 2 master bedrooms on one side, with the beachfront master bedroom beyond and an open-sided sala pavilion with wet bar and al-fresco dining on the other. A grass lawn at the far end of the pool leads to the beach beyond the sea wall.

At the rear of the pool is a second sala pavilion, furnished with a comfortable lounge. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the pool, which features stepping stones and submerged bench seating. The bathrooms of the 2 poolside bedrooms open directly onto the swimming pool, with slide-away walls for privacy. Both of the sala pavilions have outdoor sound speakers connected to the main sound system. Behind the lounge sala are two further double bedrooms, which also features views of the pool and sea. Behind these bedrooms are staff quarters, including staff kitchen for unobtrusive catering, and a large air-conditioned gym. The gym is equipped with a bench press, treadmill, and exercise bike, and has a steam room and shower. All 5 bedrooms feature 32” LCD TV/DVD/sound system, built-in wardrobes with safes, and have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, 4 of which also feature free-standing terrazzo tubs.

The main indoor living area is on the first floor, above the two rear bedrooms. The open-plan living room has a vaulted wood paneled ceiling, travertine floors, and includes a state of the art kitchen, dining table seating ten, and a 10 seat sofa facing a 50” LCD TV with Bose surround sound system, 60 channel satellite set, and a hard drive entertainment library loaded with over 500 movie titles. Slide-away glass walls open onto a large surrounding sandstone deck with free-standing glass barriers that preserve the views of the pool, garden, and sea from the living room.

Ayundra Villa is equipped with complimentary WiFi internet throughout, and resident staff. An ideal holiday home for friends and family, the villa is secluded and private, yet within a short drive of attractions and nightlife, including shopping in Nathon town 5 minutes drive to the north, and Nikki beach club 5 minutes drive to the south. Santiburi golf course is some 20 minutes drive away, with Lamai 30 minutes and Chaweng and the airport some 40 minutes drive from the villa.
