The villa is completely walled and private, with a double garage, multiple single storey pavilions, and cedar shingle roofs. The main entrance opens into a large sala pavilion at the rear of the property, with sumptuous over-sized lounge furniture including a suspended swinging sofa. On either side of the sala are large ornamental ponds that are connected to the swimming pool water system, doubling as paddling pools for younger children, while parents lounge in comfortable supervision.

The sala faces a central garden, with 3 bedrooms opening onto 2 faces, and the living room on the far face, through which the sea views are visible. The two further beachfront bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, and open directly onto the pool deck, with sea views. Directly behind each of these poolside bedroom suites are large plunge pools with submerged bench seating, which are accessed from bedrooms on both sides, and can be crossed by wooden bridges. The only bedroom that does not open directly onto a plunge pool features a free-standing terrazzo bath-tub. All 5 bedrooms feature king-size beds, satellite LCD TV/DVD, built-in wardrobes, slide-away glass walls on 2 faces, high vaulted wood paneled ceilings, and en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor rain-showers, as well as twin vanities.

The huge living room is open-plan, with opposing slide-away glass walls facing the beach and rear garden. The living room includes a fully-equipped designer kitchen, separated by a long island breakfast bar with bar stools. At the centre of the room is a custom-made wooden dining set on a cow-skin rug, which seats 10 in comfort and style. The lounge area includes a leather chaise-longue, and a large modern leather sofa, arranged around a coffee table, and facing both the sea views and a 50” satellite LCD TV/DVD, with Bose surround sound system.

The large Javanese stone tiled infinity-edge swimming pool is surrounded by sand-wash pool deck on 2 sides, with grass lawn and coconut palms towards the sea. At one end of the pool is a sunken sala pavilion, with a dining table, fridge, and wet-bar. Apart from the 10 cushioned wooden sun loungers arranged around the swimming pool, there are an additional 3 submerged sun loungers in the pool. The garden and pool area are fitted with outdoor speakers, connected to the Bose sound system. At the sea front is another sala pavilion, with a raised wooden floor, and massage loungers. A hammock is strung between the coconut palms for the quintessential tropical beachfront feeling.

Alana Villa is fully serviced and staffed, with a full-time Thai chef catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An experienced English speaking manager is resident on site, with European managers on call to cater to your every whim.
