This stunning beachfront estate includes 5 separate pavilions, optimizing privacy and spacious living. On entering the walled compound from the private parking area and tennis court, landscaped gardens surround the 3 bedroom pavilions, which accommodate up to 14 guests in luxurious comfort. Each of the bedroom pavilions includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with inter-connecting doors, private balconies with day-beds, and fabulous indoor-outdoor en-suite bathrooms, featuring rain-showers and sunken terrazzo bath-tubs. Two of the bedroom pavilions feature master bedrooms with King-size beds, with inter-connecting twin bedrooms that can also be made up as doubles if required. The third bedroom pavilion’s master bedroom has a romantic four-poster bed, with an adjoining bedroom fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds which are ideal for children.

Two further pavilions alongside the sandstone pool deck house the living areas, with foldaway glass doors opening to the sea breezes. One of the living pavilions includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and an adjoining dining room that opens onto the expansive deck and sea views. The second living pavilion includes 2 separate lounging areas, and features a 42” plasma screen TV with surround sound, DVD, stereo system, and I-Pod dock. Broadband WiFi internet service is included throughout the villa.

The large swimming pool is completely surrounded by a non-slip sandstone deck, and includes an integrated staircase for safe and easy access. The children’s playground is a unique facility, with a fort tower, swing, turbo-slide, and rock-climbing wall. An abundant supply of toys and games is also available, in addition to the family sea-kayak. Massages and spa treatments can be arranged at Waimarie, together with Thai cooking lessons by an accredited teaching chef. The villa includes the services of a full-time Thai chef, who is available to cater to any meals required. An English-speaking manageress is on hand to cater to your every whim, and orchestrate her capable team of support staff.

Rates are for the entire property, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

6 bedroom sleeps 10+4.

4 bedroom sleeps up to 8.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.  

-Extra person charge is $50++ USD per person.

-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast and in-villa chef service.

-Airport transfers are charged at $45+ USD per trip for up to 7 guests, and subject to 7% tax.
