This spacious and highly specified villa is located on Bophut Hill, within 5 minutes drive of Bophut Fisherman’s Village, and a wide array of restaurants, shops, and bars.

The property is bordered by a high wall, ensuring total privacy, and is designed on 2 main levels. On the entrance-level upper floor is a vast living room, with foldaway glass walls opening onto a large deck, furnished with sofas facing the views. The double-vaulted open-plan living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, separated from the central dining area by an island breakfast bar. The huge square wooden dining table seats 12 in comfort under a contemporary chandelier suspended from the wood-paneled ceiling. At the far end of the living room, the lounge area includes deep and low sofas facing a 52” satellite LCD TV/DVD entertainment system connected to a digital entertainment library and sound system, which is piped to Bose speakers throughout the property. WiFi broadband internet service is also available throughout the villa.

Downstairs, the 25 metre stone-tiled swimming pool is flanked by a deck on one face, with a large sala pavilion at one end, and has infinity edges on 2 sides. The pool includes a wet-bar served from the sala pavilion, which also includes an al-fresco dining set seating 10, and built-in sofa benches. The pool deck is furnished with loungers and sofas, and there is a double day-bed for massages in a shaded alcove. Below the pool is a sauna and steam room. A cascading waterfall feature flows down from the main entrance to the poolside sala, and a second waterfall feature runs along the back of the property.

Off the pool deck, facing the pool and views are 3 en-suite double bedrooms with walk-in rain-showers. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, fitted with wardrobes, and feature LCD TV/DVD. There are 2 slightly larger master bedrooms in a detached 2-storey building, with separate entrances off each level. The master bedrooms feature superior sea views, private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms with terrazzo tubs facing the views.
