The living room is floored in rich, polished hardwood, and includes a desk with ADSL internet-ready computer system, a huge plasma screen TV, with DVD, satellite, VCR, CD, and surround sound speakers. The living room is beautifully lit, with dimmer-controlled halogen lighting, and concealed ceiling lights. The foldaway glass walls open onto a surrounding balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and sea views beyond. The gentle sea breezes and array of ceiling fans provide ample ventilation. A fourth en-suite bedroom is located up a short flight of steps, separated from the upper living room by an attractive patio area, with water features. A utility room with washer/dryer, and wine cellar is also located on this level.

On the third level, the infinity edge lap pool sits on the view, with an immense, thatch-roofed pavilion at one end, furnished with sumptuous, colourful built-in sofas and a large coffee table. The vast sandstone poolside deck continues into a shaded dining area with 2 huge dining tables seating 16. Behind the open-sided dining area, foldaway glass walls open onto a second living room, with oversized sofas and coffee table, and polished hardwood floors. A beautiful gourmet-fitted kitchen, with state-of-the art appliances extends beyond the lounge area, with an adjacent bathroom.

From the pool level, an enormous mirror reflects the views and the staircase down to the lower bedroom level. A stone staircase leads to a second master bedroom, with plasma TV system, and en-suite rain-shower room. A few steps further down leads to 2 additional en-suite double bedrooms, and a large balcony, with sun-loungers.
