The main living area of each villa is a spacious teak floored sitting room with a raised double daybed platform for intimate relaxation, and vaulted wood paneled ceiling. The entire front walls of the houses consist of foldaway teak framed glass doors facing a spectacular seascape, which open onto a large balcony. A wooden deck, infinity edge plunge pool, teak loungers, parasol, and dining tables seating four make up the extended outdoor living space. Dramatically perched at the outer edge of the raised balcony, with a cascading infinity edge, the plunge pool has built-in seating, and is the ideal place for the romantic ritual of watching the sun set over the sea.

The living room is equipped with two ceiling fans, satellite TV and  stereo CD player, and has a convenient and well-equipped kitchenette. Another set of foldaway teak framed glass doors defines the open plan double bedroom, which features a four-poster bed facing the sea view, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom connects through a dressing room, with another door connecting to the sitting room. The large Balinese style open-air bathroom is finished in warm ochre patina, and features a bathtub on a raised platform overlooking a sunken tropical garden, twin washbasins, and an open shower.

Rates

Rates are per villa, per day.

Minimum rental is 3 nights. Minimum stay between 22 December and 5 January is 7 nights.

Security deposit

A $200 deposit is payable to the villa owner/manager on arrival, to be held until departure, against breakages or damages, and any bills for additional services.

Location

Tamu and Saya Villas are situated in one of Samui’s most scenic spots. A short stroll takes you to the secluded white sand beach of Samrong bay, with a restaurant and bar. The more developed Choengmon and Big Buddha beaches are 5 minutes drive away, while Chaweng’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife are 10 minutes away. Samui Airport is 10 minutes drive, and Santiburi golf course is around 20 minutes away.
