Samujana villa 7 is a fabulous contemporary tropical villa of minimalist design, set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Samujana estate. Located on a hillside in Choeng Mon, Samujana Villa 7 overlooks spectacular sea views along the northern east coast of Koh Samui, including the nearby island of Koh Matlang. Indoor-outdoor living is maximized, with open-sided rooms and slide-away glass walls.

At the centre of the property, a water feature leads to the large, slate-tiled swimming pool, which is flanked by a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers, with a long infinity edge that blends into the sea view. A sunken bench at one end of the pool offers an idyllic vantage point for soaking up the views.

The main living area off the pool deck is an open-sided pavilion, for casual lounging and al-fresco dining. This spacious open-plan living area is shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, and includes comfortable sofas, a dining set seating 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A TV den behind the living area is fitted with a large plasma satellite TV/DVD home theatre system, and furnished with sumptuous built-in sofas. Behind the TV den is a balcony with a pool table. A stairway leads up from the living area to the main entrance and a rooftop deck and reflection pool overlooking the pool, roof gardens, and sea views. Broadband WiFi satellite internet service is provided free of charge.

Four spacious double bedrooms feature large en-suite bathrooms, with tubs and walk-in showers. All of the bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, and feature slide-away glass doors on 2 sides. Behind the living area is a study with a large desk, and adjacent guest bathroom with shower.

This tastefully appointed villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters, and a BBQ area on the pool deck.
