The 10 Plantation Villas are located within the exclusive Summit Estate, some 300 metres from Choeng Mon beach. Set within 800 sqm walled gardens, each villa comprises 3 separate pavilions, and a private 40 sqm swimming pool. The Balinese-influenced villa compound design maximizes privacy, and provides a secure, family-friendly haven.

The main, open-plan living rooms are elevated above the pool, and include a comfortable lounge area, dining area seating 6, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom, and a large verandah with al-fresco dining table. The Plantation Villa living rooms feature vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, dimmer-controlled lighting, and several sets of sliding glass doors opening onto the verandah. All windows and sliding glass doors are fitted with screens, and floors are tiled in terracotta throughout. 

The second pavilion comprises two adjacent en-suite double bedrooms, and the spacious master bedroom suite is located in the third pavilion. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with built-in wardrobes, dimmer controlled lighting, armchairs, and bedside tables with reading lamps. The en-suite marble-clad bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers, and the master bathroom opens onto a garden shower that is accessible from the pool area. All of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto verandahs overlooking the pool and garden.

The lush gardens are beautifully landscaped, and include a shading grass-roofed sala pavilion by the pool. The 10m x 4m swimming pools have an infinity edge, and are surrounded by flowers and foliage. Tiled in midnight blue, the swimming pools are warm and reflective, and completed by a sandstone deck with sun-loungers and parasol.

Each Plantation Villa is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/CD player, telephone, and WiFi broadband internet facility, and includes daily maid service. A private parking courtyard is included at each villa, with a gated entrance, and a second gated doorway leads to the garden. In-villa massage and catering can be arranged on request through the resident manager, who is available to assist and advise throughout your stay.
