Miskawaan Villa Water Lily comprises three detached pavilions that frame a centre-piece saltwater L-shaped swimming pool, with lawned garden, beach, and views across to the island of Koh Phangan beyond.
The first pavilion, at the rear of the property houses three twin bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with hardwood furniture, and has an en-suite bathroom featuring both in indoor and outdoor showers. All rooms in this pavilion have polished wooden floors.
The pavilion to the left of the pool is the main living area, including a large, fully-fitted kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living areas. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors facing the pool and beach. An additional bathroom is accessible from the dining area. The lounge includes a sumptuous arrangement of sofas and a coffee table, facing the large plasma screen home theatre system with DVD/CD player. An entertainment room opens off the lounge, in a detached pavilion, with a second dining table and a bar, and stereo system.
The pavilion on the right of the pool features polished wooden floors throughout, and comprises a double bedroom, with a large indoor-outdoor bathroom, and the master suite. The beachfront master suite is equipped with satellite TV, with DVD/CD player, and has a dressing room that leads to the bathroom, with a tub in addition to indoor and outdoor showers and twin vanity. The master bedroom opens onto a beachfront verandah, furnished with contemporary sun-loungers and a double day-bed. All rooms at Villa Water Lily are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.
At the far end of a pool is a sala, or open-sided pavilion, furnished with loungers, table, and chairs, and fitted with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers. Beyond the sala, a lawned garden area separates the beach, which is accessed by a private gated entrance.
Villa Water Lily is a light, spacious, and stylish villa, ideally suited to larger parties, with up to 10 guests accommodated in 5 bedrooms.
