Villa Lotus
is a spacious and elegant property located within the Miskawaan Estate
on Maenam beach. Entered through double doors that open to reveal a large stone lotus
pond with a waterfall flowing behind a welcoming sandstone statue, the
property comprises
three pavilions situated around a large L-shaped blue-tiled saltwater
swimming pool. The living pavilion features vaulted ceilings, and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, stylish dining set for 10, a comfortable lounge area, and is equipped with satellite plasma TV system, CD/DVD player, and WiFi internet. Doors from the lounge lead to the outdoor entertainment area complete with bar, dining table, BBQ, and dartboard.
The pavilion at the rear of the property includes a large games room with a pool table, table-soccer, lounge area, TV, twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom. Off the games room is a balcony with views of the sea and pool area. Upstairs is an en-suite double bedroom with a balcony facing the sea views. An additional 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath tubs complete the pavilion. A massage sala pavilion with a soothing waterfall feature is set outside this building, with the entrance to the private fitness room and sauna nearby.
The third pavilion runs adjacent to the pool, and includes the master suite, with a separate study. The master bedroom has 2 double beds, a large sofa, and a plasma TV. The en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in dressing area, twin sinks, together with an indoor and outdoor showers in a private garden. The master bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace, with a stairway leading to a roof terrace with sun-loungers.
The garden’s grass lawn extends across the front of the villa, leading onto the beach through two private gateways. Adjacent to the pool is an open sala pavilion with a range of outdoor furniture.
