Miskawaan Villa Champak comprises three detached pavilions that frame a centre-piece saltwater lap-pool, with lawned garden, beach, and views across to the island of Koh Phangan beyond. The first pavilion, at the rear of the property houses two twin bedrooms, and a large family bedroom. Each twin room is furnished with teakwood furniture, and has an en-suite bathroom featuring both in indoor and outdoor showers. The large family bedroom includes a double and two single beds, a leather sofa, and indoor-outdoor en-suite bathroom. All rooms in this pavilion have polished wooden floors. The adjacent verandah features an al-fresco dining setting.

The pavilion to the left of the pool is the main living area, including a large, fully-fitted kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living areas. The dining room is dominated by an impressive round teakwood dining table, and features wood-paneled walls and vaulted ceiling. An additional bathroom is accessible from the dining area. The lounge includes a sumptuous arrangement of sofas and a coffee table, facing the large plasma screen home theatre system with DVD/CD player. The main entertainment room opens off the lounge, with a second dining table and lounge area, as well as a bar, and stereo system.

The pavilion on the right of the pool features polished wooden floors throughout, and comprises a double bedroom, with an indoor-outdoor bathroom, and the master suite. The beachfront master suite is equipped with satellite TV, with DVD/CD player, and has a dressing room that leads to the bathroom, with a tub in addition to indoor and outdoor showers and twin vanity. The master bedroom opens onto a beachfront verandah, furnished with contemporary sun-loungers. All rooms at Villa Champak are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.

At the far end of a pool is a sala, or open-sided pavilion, furnished with loungers, table, and chairs, and fitted with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers. Beyond the sala, a lawned garden area separates the beach, which is accessed by a private gated entrance.
