Miskawaan Villa Bougainvillea is a spacious and tastefully appointed beachfront villa, located on the north coast of the island. The walled property is air-conditioned throughout, and has a distinct feel of privacy and relaxed elegance. A long and narrow saltwater swimming pool runs from the beachfront, along the living room, to a deck area, which continues to the central garden, planted with mature bamboo trees and flowers. Lush colourful foliage, ornate wall carvings, pots, and intricate stone work, further enhance the tranquil and natural tropical setting.

The main pavilion at the centre of the property houses the open-plan living room, including a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a large fully-equipped kitchen with a central island feature, and an outdoor bathroom. With wood-panelled wall and beamed, vaulted ceiling, the living room is spacious and airy, complete with sumptuous sofas, facing plasma satellite TV with CD/DVD. Foldaway glass doors open onto a furnished verandah facing the beachfront sala pavilion, with celing fans, an outdoor dining set, and a 4-poster double daybed overlooking the beautiful sea views. Outdoor speakers and a portable BBQ complete the set up for idyllic alfresco dining on the balmy evenings. A grass lawn bordered with plants and a private gate separates the villa from the beach.

Villa Bougainvillea has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, featuring wooden flooring, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with indoor and an outdoor showers, and are surrounded by gardens for enhanced privacy. A pavilion at the rear of the property has been retained by the owner and will remain closed to guests.
