Miskawaan Villa Acacia presents luxurious and elegant beachfront living in a secure estate on Maenam beach. Set within a private walled garden with gated access, Villa Acacia comprises three detached pavilions that frame a centre-piece saltwater lap-pool, with lawned garden, beach, and views across to the island of Koh Phangan beyond.

The first pavilion, at the rear of the property houses two en-suite twin bedrooms, and an adjacent well-equipped gym. Each twin room is furnished with polished wooden floors, and has an en-suite bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a tub.

Roofed verandahs flank each of the pavilions, forming a covered walkway, with wood-paneled ceilings. The second pavilion contains the third bedroom, which is a double, with polished wooden floor, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub. (The remaining rooms in this pavilion have been retained by the owner and will remain closed to guests).

In the opposing pavilion is the main living area, including a large, fully-fitted kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living areas. The dining room is dominated by a teakwood dining table, and features wood-paneled walls and vaulted ceiling. An additional bathroom is accessible from the dining area. The lounge area includes a sumptuous arrangement of sofas and a coffee table. The lounge area leads to a family room complete with an electrically operated screen and a ceiling-mounted projector home theatre system.

The blue tiled swimming pool runs across the beachfront side of the garden. Adjacent to the pool is a sala, or open-sided pavilion, furnished with loungers, table, and chairs, and fitted with ceiling fans, BBQ, and outdoor speakers. Beyond the pool, a lawned garden area separates the beach, which is accessed by a private gated entrance. Maenam beach is quiet, and offers good swimming conditions and deep water at any time of year.

Villa Acacia is a spacious and stylish villa, ideally suited to parties of up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. All rooms at Villa Acacia are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. Complimentary broadband WiFi internet access is provided throughout the villa.
