Lamai Villas are located within a short stroll of the northern end of Lamai’s white sand, palm-fringed beach. Each of the eight villas is completely private, within high-walled landscaped tropical gardens, which are not overlooked. Each villa has a salt water swimming pool that can be enjoyed 24 hours a day, with, or without a costume.

There are one, two, three, or four bedroom villas available, all of which have vast open-air living areas under the high roof, with a lounge area, dining area, and kitchen. The villas are ideally designed for enjoying indoor-outdoor tropical living, with plenty of shade under the overhanging roof. All of the spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have en-suite shower rooms, with outdoor rain-showers on the ground floor.

The upper floor is reached by a spiral staircase, and features a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, and vaulted ceilings up to the thatched roof. All villas are equipped with WiFi ADSL internet connection, safe, robes, telephone, cable TV, DVD, and CD stereo. Mood lighting is dimmer controlled, with and the garden is well-lit.

The friendly staff offers unobtrusive daily maid service and security. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and restaurants are within close proximity in Lamai, which can be reached along the beach on foot, or by a short drive. Chaweng is some 10 minutes drive away, and the airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away.

Rates are specified in Thai Baht, exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax, and inclusive of airport transfers, and self-catering breakfast.

* A basket of breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, cereal, milk, yoghurt, bread, butter, and jam, is delivered daily between 08:00-10:30.  

Minimum stay of 3 nights in standard season, 5 nights during peak season dates, except for Xmas/NY, minimum of 10 nights, and during Songkran, from 13-18 April, minimum of 7 nights.

Extra bed is available for children aged 3-12 years, at a daily surcharge of 1000++ THB. No charge for children's cots.
