Karma Villa 16 is a privately owned property conveniently located within an exclusive beachfront resort in north Chaweng. The villa benefits from some resort services and facilities, including access to the communal pools, gym, and library. Fully air-conditioned and stylishly designed in contemporary Thai style, Villa 16 is a very comfortable and private holiday home.

Entered through wooden gates, Villa 16 is arranged on one level, around a lush landscaped courtyard. A fragrant frangipani tree casts shade and perfume over the deck, and the private pool is ideal for intimate dips. Additional swimming pools on the beachfront of the resort are also available for guests’ use. The deck is furnished with sun-loungers and a large parasol, and flanked by the living room and 3 en-suite bedrooms, which are located in separate pavilions. A sala pavilion with cushions and mattress is ideal for enjoying a massage and soaking up the sea views.

The spacious open-plan living room is bright and airy, with vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors that open onto the pool deck. The living room includes a fitted kitchen, an elegant dining area with a large glass-topped wooden table seating 6, and a comfortable lounge. An L-shaped sofa is arranged around a coffee table and a large Sony LCD home theatre system with cable TV and DVD/CD player. A utility room off the kitchen includes a washer and dryer.

Off the pool deck, the spacious master bedroom has polished wooden floors, a dressing room with built-in wardrobes, and a four-poster King-size bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub, walk-in shower, and an outdoor garden shower. On the opposing side of the pool deck are 2 further bedrooms; a double facing the sea, and a twin at the rear. The twin bedroom’s bathroom is located just outside, off the entrance corridor, and doubles as a guest bathroom with easy access from the pool deck.

Downtown Chaweng is a couple of minutes drive away, although the resort offers an excellent domed restaurant serving breakfast and gourmet cuisine. A vast deck bar is the perfect chill-out spot, with canopied sofas overlooking the sea, and also serves light meals and snacks. Amongst the resort facilities are a library with computer and ADSL connection, gym, spa, and WiFi internet. The scenic beach is a short stroll away through the resort.
