Baan Feung Fah is a stylish and fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom beachfront villa set within the secure gated Dhevatara Residence compound, located on the western end of Bophut beach, within easy reach of a restaurants, bars, and spas. Entered through double wooden gates that lead to a private courtyard, the villa is designed in several detached shingle-roofed pavilions for enhanced privacy.

A central pathway leads through the property to the beachfront swimming pool and main living area. The blue-tiled swimming pool is surrounded by grass lawn, and a sun-deck furnished with modern loungers. At the far end of the swimming pool is a shady sala pavilion, from where stairs lead down to the private gated entrance to the beach. The air-conditioned living pavilion features foldaway glass walls for a seamless indoor-outdoor living effect, and opens directly onto the pool deck and sea views.

A comfortable lounge area includes sofas and a coffee table facing a large wall-mounted LCD TV with DVD and satellite service. Behind the living room is a dining room with glass walls and sea views across the lounge area. A water-feature with stepping stones leads to the modern, fully equipped kitchen in the next pavilion to the rear. A second outdoor Thai-style kitchen is located off the fitted kitchen, and is ideal for BBQs and wok-fried Oriental dishes.

The villa’s 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private, each with a dressing area and LCD TV/DVD. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests. The en-suite bathrooms all include large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features an additional tub set in a wooden platform. Complimentary WiFi internet service is provided throughout the property, which also has a back-up generator.
