Baan Hainue is a grand beachfront villa, facing the sunset sea views over the white powder sand beach of Lipa Noi. Luxurious and comfortable, the villa is furnished in contemporary style

Entered through a landscaped garden, with stepping stones across a pond, past a reception room furnished with leather bean bags, Villa Hainue’s dining hall features a vaulted ceiling, and is furnished with an oval dining table. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped, and has a breakfast bar with stools, and a flat-screen TV. 

To the right of the dining room is the main sleeping pavilion, with 2 bedrooms on each floor. On the ground floor, a twin bedroom faces the entrance garden, with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The sea-facing double bedroom features a flat-screen TV, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks, a freestanding bathtub, and an inner garden with outdoor shower.

A wooden staircase leads up past a large stained-glass window to another pair of bedrooms. A double bedroom with a balcony overlooks the entrance gardens, with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The elegant master suite has an entrance hallway with steps leading down past a dressing area and bathroom. A large modern four-poster bed, wooden furniture, a flat-screen TV, and vies over the pool and sea beyond complete the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a twin sink unit, a walk-in shower, and a sunken bathtub.

Beyond the dining room is a large stone terrace with a central water feature. To the left is detached double bedroom pavilion, with modern furniture, flat-screen, and a dressing room leading to the en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub, and inner garden with outdoor shower.

Adjacent to the pool deck, the expansive detached lounge pavilion features hardwood flooring, wood-panelled vaulted ceiling, and foldaway glass doors. Sumptuous leather sofas are arranged around a coffee table and plasma-TV home theatre system. A pair of leather club chairs faces the garden and sea view at the far end of the lounge.

The pool deck between the lounge and the long lap pool, is furnished with cushioned sun-loungers and parasols. The pool is flanked by a wall on one side, with integrated fountains. A path leads from the far end of the pool to the beachfront sala with casual dining area, kitchen, and BBQ. A grass lawn with garden furniture leads to  an outdoor shower, and steps onto the beautiful beach.

Rates are per villa, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

5 bedroom sleeps 10.

3 bedroom sleeps 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.  

-Extra person charge is $50++ USD per person.

-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast and in-villa chef service.

-Airport transfers are charged at $45+ USD per trip for up to 7 guests, and subject to 7% tax.
