Baan Tao Talay is a grand beachfront villa, facing the sunset sea views over the white powder sand beach of Lipa Noi. Natural materials are combined with modern day luxuries for a relaxed and elegant setting. This generously proportioned 5 bedroom beach house is an idyllic holiday home for friends or families.

Ornate gates and manicured gardens lead to the entrance hall and dining room, with views opening out onto the pool and sea beyond. A large dining table seating 10 dominates the double-vaulted hall. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a breakfast bar with stools, and a flat-screen TV.

Opposite the kitchen is the 2-storey sleeping pavilion, comprising 4 en-suite bedrooms, all of which are equipped with large flat-screen TVs. The rear ground floor bedroom has twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Facing the pool and sea views, a double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, and a private garden with outdoor shower.

The upstairs bedroom facing the entrance garden has twin beds and a balcony. Opposite, the master bedroom includes a double bed, desk, and a balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and sea beyond. The en-suite bathroom has a sunken tub and walk-in shower.

Beyond the dining hall, a large terrace opens onto the pool deck. The fifth bedroom is located in a detached pavilion adjacent to the terrace, and features a double bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and a private garden with outdoor shower.

A garden leads to the expansive, double vaulted living room, with polished wooden floor, and comfortable sofas arranged around a coffee table, facing a large plasma TV. A collection of ornaments, antiques, and numerous lamps provide a cosy and intimate atmosphere. Foldaway glass doors open onto the pool deck and garden, with sea views and fresh breezes. An expansive decked area surrounds the blue-tiled pool, and is furnished with ample sun-loungers.

At the beachfront, a sala pavilion houses the BBQ kitchen, a large dining table, a casual lounge, and a bathroom. Steps lead down to a lower level lawn, which has a covered decked area where you can take in the sunset views. A private gate opens onto the beautiful white sand beach.

Rates are per villa, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

5 bedroom sleeps 10.

3 bedroom sleeps 6.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.  

-Extra person charge is $50++ USD per person.

-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast and in-villa chef service.

-Airport transfers are charged at $45+ USD per trip for up to 7 guests, and subject to 7% tax.
