Baan Samlarn is a grand beachfront villa, facing the sunset sea views over the white powder sand beach of Lipa Noi. Tastefully furnished in an eclectic combination of traditional styles, with Thai ornaments, natural materials, and contemporarily designs and accessories, Baan Samlarn is a luxurious and comfortable 5 bedroom home.

Within the entrance hall, the formal dining area under the vaulted wooden ceiling is furnished with a large square teak dining table and leather-upholstered chairs. The adjacent fully-fitted kitchen has black polished surfaces, redwood units, a central island feature with breakfast bar and water-hyacinth stools, and a flat-screen TV.

The bedroom pavilion on the right has 4 bedrooms on 2 floors. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with polished hardwood floors, and flat-screen TVs. The ground floor includes a colourful twin bedroom that opens onto the entrance garden. The en-suite bathroom features aquamarine mosaic tiles, and a walk-in shower. Opposite, the front-facing ground floor bedroom features a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub, and a planted inner garden with outdoor shower. The bedroom has a wooden double bed, comfortable furniture, and glass doors opening onto the sea-facing terrace.

Upstairs, past the stained-glass window and chandelier, is a second twin bedroom, with a balcony overlooking the entrance garden. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and lilac mosaic tiling. To the front is the master suite with a four-poster double bed, antique Ottoman, and comfortable seating. A balcony faces the pool, garden, and sea views. The en-suite bathroom includes a sunken bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Beyond the dining area is a terrace with a water feature. To the left is a detached double bedroom pavilion, with a dressing area leading to the en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, free-standing bathtub and inner garden with outdoor shower. This bedroom has a sofa and a flat-screen TV.

Adjacent to the lap-pool is the main living pavilion, featuring hardwood flooring, vaulted wood-panelled ceiling, and foldaway glass doors. 3 sofas are arranged around a coffee table, and face a large plasma-TV with surround sound system. A pair of leather club chairs facing the beach completes the comfortable lounge setting.

The large blue-tiled swimming pool with fountains leads down to a beachfront sala, with a bathroom, BBQ kitchen, informal dining table, and garden furniture. Steps lead down to an outdoor shower and the beautiful beach.

Located on the West coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui’s international airport.  Santiburi Championship golf course is 25 minutes drive away. The villa is located within sight of the nearby Raja Ferry pier.

Rates are for the entire villa, with discounts for reduced occupancy as follows:

5 bedroom sleeps 10.

2 bedroom sleeps 4.

-Rates are exclusive of 10% service, and 7% tax.  

-Extra bed charge is $50++ USD per person.

-Rates are inclusive of continental breakfast and in-villa chef service.

-Airport transfers are charged at $50+ USD per trip for up to 7 guests, and subject to 7% tax.
