The Beach Village House is a luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom home, set within a tranquil village-style residential development on Natien beach, on the quiet south-eastern coast of Koh Samui. Set within tropical landscaped gardens, the house includes a large private wooden sun deck, with al-fresco dining set, a freeform swimming pool, and separate sunken Jacuzzi pool.

The Beach Village House is interior-designed with sumptuous furnishings and Thai ornaments. The living room opens onto the pool deck through French doors, and includes a large corner sofa, seating 6 around a coffee table. The split-level dining area and kitchen are separated from the lounge by an attractive wood slat surround feature, and is furnished with a dining set seating 6. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the essentials, including oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings, and indoor potted plants. The en-suite bathroom features a bath and separate shower cubicle, and is adorned with a wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.
 

A corridor from the living area leads to two further en-suite double bedrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a private garden. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.

Both the living area and master bedroom have views over and direct access on to the south-facing garden and pool deck. The deck is furnished with teak furniture and sun loungers. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away through the village.

The Beach Village House is fully air-conditioned throughout, and is also fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors. Satellite TV, DVD player, a compact sound system, and ADSL internet connection are provided for entertainment.

Location
On the southeastern coast of Koh Samui, some 30 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the golf course, and 10 minutes from the town of Lamai.
In the Summer low tide season, the beach can extend for up to 100 metres.
