Baan Ling Noi, which translates to ‘Little Monkey House’ from Thai, is a spacious and elegant villa, designed in contemporary Thai style, and located on a lush hillside with panoramic views over the north coast of Koh Samui.

The focal point of Baan Ling Noi is the large aquamarine swimming pool, with an infinity-edge that blends into the sea view. The pool is flanked by expansive decks, and furnished with sun-loungers and parasol. An open-sided pool sala pavilion is furnished with sofas overlooking the sea views.

The villa is entered to the upper level, which comprises the large open-plan and air-conditioned living room. Cool stone flooring and wooden-clad vaulted ceiling augment the clean lines of the modern furnishing of the lounge, equipped with flat screen TV/DVD and surround sound system. A large dining table seating 10 is served by the fully-equipped modern kitchen with black granite counters. Large sliding glass doors open onto a wide balcony furnished with an al-fresco dining set and sun-loungers.

Downstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin. The master bedroom is located in a separate pavilion off the pool deck, with the fourth bedroom below. Both rooms have large double beds and en-suite bathrooms with twin washbasins, rain showers, wooden floors and free-standing terrazzo tubs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TVs and DVD players.

Baan Ling Noi features complimentary broadband satellite WiFi internet connectivity throughout the property, together with an I-pod dock on the stereo system in the lounge.
