Baan Kaew Ruean Kwan is conveniently located in Bophut, adjacent to the village temple or Wat. The property is set within a large, walled lush garden compound, full of tropical plants and flowers, with a vast central lotus pond that features an island hideaway with a comfortable den. The extravagance of the villas has a colonial flavour and old world charm. A short stroll to the Fisherman’s Village centre provides access to an array of shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants, as well as Bophut beach. Bophut bay offers many water sports, including diving, jet-ski, waterskiing, and sailing, and has an excellent swimming beach.

Baan Kaew Ruean Kwan consists of three luxurious traditional Thai-style villas, two of which are available for rent. Dara and Chaba Villas are fully equipped with all conveniences, and both spacious and comfortable. In a secluded corner of the grounds, the swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio, with sun loungers and parasols nestled amidst gigantic fan palms.

The large grounds afford ample privacy in each villa, and the mature, well-maintained gardens are amongst the best on the island. Statues and wood carvings of mythological Thai creatures mingle with orchids and palms, in a labyrinth of footpaths encircling the lotus pond.

Rates are specified in THB. Daily rate is applicable to bookings of 1-6 nights. 
For each extension night in addition to the weekly rate, the daily rate will apply.

Rental rates are inclusive of daily maid service, and exclusive of airport transfers, which are charged at 500 THB per trip.

Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for Xmas/NY, when 14 nights is the minimum booking required.

Extra person surcharge of 500 THB per night.
