Baan Jasmine is a spacious and luxuriously appointed beachside villa with private pool and tropical gardens. Located within a gated residential development on the tranquil Natien beach on the south-east coast of Koh Samui, Baan Jasmine is an ideal holiday home a few steps away from the beach.

Newly completed in contemporary Thai style, the villa features beautiful decor and artifacts from around the Kingdom. Fully air-conditioned, with additional ceiling fans throughout, screened windows and doors, and polished wooden floors, Baan Jasmine provides total comfort and climate control. The villa is equipped with broadband wireless internet, satellite TV and DVD/CD players.

On the ground floor, the large, open-plan living room includes a lounge and dining table seating 6, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the pool deck and garden. The large pool is flanked by several patios with seating and lounging areas, including a covered Thai sala pavilion, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

Upstairs, a large landing opens onto one of two balconies, from where there are views of sea. The vast master bedroom includes a king-size bed, and a private balcony with sun-loungers. A second twin bedroom with balcony occupies the opposing side of the house. The third bedroom, with a king-size bed, is located in a semi-detached pool-house on the ground floor, and is ideal for the elderly or infirm. All bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, with mood lighting, ceiling fans,  adjacent dressing rooms, and en-suite bathrooms.    

Between the living room and the detached pool-house bedroom suite, a fourth bathroom offers convenient access from outdoor areas, and includes a shower. The pool-house suite provides direct access to the swimming pool, and opens onto a verandah.  

The beach stretches out just 30 meters from the villa, with white sand, and magnificent views to the north and south of the island. During the winter months the beach is a popular location for kite-boarding, with its shallow sandy lagoon.

Baan Jasmine is located 10 minutes drive from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng, and 45 minutes from Santiburi golf course and the airport. The nearby village of Hua Thanon, less than 5 minutes drive away, offers a seafood and fresh produce market, together with some local shops and restaurants. Nearby attractions include the Tiger Zoo and aquarium, a short walk along the beach, the butterfly park, some 5 minutes drive away, and waterfalls and elephant trekking, within 10 minutes drive.
