The main living room is entered over a bridge across an ornamental pond, and features a high vaulted wood-panelled ceiling, polished hardwood flooring, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that fold away on 3 sides. This vast, open-plan living space includes a large lounge, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. The lounge features sumptuous sofas and armchairs arranged around a coffee table and wall-mounted LCD TV system. The dining area, in the centre of the room, under ceiling fans and chandelier, seats 10 diners in comfort, and is conveniently served by the well-fitted kitchen. A sweeping stairway leads down from the upper bedrooms to the sand-wash pool deck, which is furnished with cushioned sun-loungers, parasols, and round sofa beds. The pool deck is flanked by a walled garden and lawn to the rear. The 20 metre main pool extends into a rounded pool, which features a wet-bar served by the pool sala pavilion. At the top of the property, housed in a detached pavilion, is the final master bedroom, which has large balconies to the front and back. The upper master bedroom features a vaulted wood-panelled ceiling with ceiling fan, comfortable lounge furniture, a King-size bed, desk, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with free-standing terrazzo tub, twin sinks, and walk-in shower. Below the bedroom is an open viewpoint terrace. Also at the top of the property, is a large sala pavilion with a lounge area.
