Entered through electric gates, Baan Chom Pha is reached along a private driveway that leads to a 4 car garage at the rear of the property. Above the garage are staff quarters, and a twin bedroom that can be used as a 6^th bedroom for larger parties. A wide stone stairway leads down to the main living and entertainment level. On either side of the stairway are mirrored bedrooms, each with private balconies boasting fantastic views of the pool, garden, and sea beyond.

The main living area is arranged around a vast terrace garden, with a spectacular infinity-edge lap pool at the far edge. The pool runs between a central sala pavilion and a bedroom pavilion, and includes LED lighting and underwater speakers. A submerged bench is built in to the length of the pool, facing the views. The sala lounge features deep built-in sofas on 2 sides, with a central coffee table. On the other side of the sala is a large Jacuzzi tub, surrounded by lotus ponds, and perched over the sea views. The final element along the outer periphery of the terrace is a massage sala with 2 professional massage beds under a pergola.  A staircase leads down from the sala lounge to a lower terrace and the 5^th double bedroom suite. From this lower terrace garden, a pathway leads down the steep wooded hillside to the beach below and over 100 metres of sea frontage.

A central lawn on split levels around a long central pond opens back to the indoor living rooms, which are all open-sided, with electronically controlled roller-blind walls. The living rooms open up fully to the surrounding garden terrace, creating a contiguous living space of immense proportions. On either side of the central water feature are a cinema lounge and a dining room. Beyond the dining room is a poolside lounge. All of these open-sided living areas have super silent ceiling fans, and are beautifully designed. The dining room is furnished with a gorgeous timber table hewn from a single tree trunk, with matching bench seating for 10. A breakfast bar island separates the dining area from a built-in kitchen to the rear. Behind the guest kitchen is a concealed professional staff kitchen for unobtrusive catering. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine. The poolside lounge is furnished with sofas and benches arranged around a central coffee table. A wide stairway descends from the lounge into the pool. The cinema room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table facing a large projector screen, which is connected to satellite and DVD.

All of the 5 main en-suite bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with great sea views, and are furnished with King-size beds, built-in wardrobes, safes, internal phone system, 32” satellite LCD TV/DVD, stereo and iPod dock. The en-suite bathrooms all include walk-in rain showers. The bathrooms on the pool level also feature additional al-fresco garden bathrooms with rain showers, while the bathroom on the lower level includes an outdoor bath tub.

Complimentary broadband WiFi internet access is available throughout Baan Chom Pha. A PC and printer are available for guests’ use, as is complimentary laundry service, and a local mobile phone.
